BROWN SUGAR HAM STEAKS
• 1 Teaspoon bacon grease.
• 4-5 small ham steaks.
• 2 Tablespoons butter.
• 2 Tablespoons brown sugar.
• 1 Teaspoon dijon mustard.
-Melt the grease in a skillet over med.High heat.
-Add the steaks and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
-Remove the steaks to a plate and add the butter, brown sugar and mustard.
-Stir to combine well and add the steaks back to the pan, cooking for a minute or two turning them in the sauce.
-Place the steaks on a serving plate and pour any remaining sauce over them to serve.
