SLOW COOKER ORANGE MARMALADE CHICKEN
•2 Ib boneless, skinless chicken breast.
•1/2 Cup orange marmalade.
•1 Cup orange juice.
•1/4 Cup soy sauce.
•3 Cloves garlic, minced.
•1 Tbsp. tomato paste.
•1/2 Tbsp. peeled and minced ginger.
•Flour for dredging.
-Slice chicken breast in half horizontally…Roll each piece in flour until it’s coated.Tap off any excess, and then place in the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker.
-In a separate bowl, mix marmalade ,orange juice,soy sauce, garlic, tomato paste and ginger.Pour it on top of your chicken in the slow cooker.
-Cover and cook for 3Hours on high, or 6Hours on low.
-Serve chicken alongside white sticky rice, steamed broccoli and some of that extra sauce left over in the slow cooker.
