APPLE WALNUT BANANA BREAD
•1.5 C. (@bobsredmill) almond flour.
•1/4 C. almond butter.
•3 Tbsps. maple syrup or honey.
•1 Tsp. baking powder.
•1 Tsp. vanilla.
•1/2 C. dried apple rings.
•1 Tbsp cinnamon.
•2 Apples (I used honeycrisps).
•1/2 C. walnuts.
*CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
•1 Pkg. organic dairy-free cream cheese (about 1 C.).
•4 to 5 Tbsps. powdered sweetener of choice.
•1/3 C. coconut butter or manna.
How to Make:
1-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly coat a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2-In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour ,cinnamon and baking powder and set aside.
3-In a separate bowl, mash the bananas, whisk in the almond butter,eggs, honey and vanilla.
4-Mix in dry INGREDIENTS until combined. Stir in apple rings, sliced apples,[I used a spirilizer to get them nice and thin],Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
5-Bake 60 to 75Mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Keep in mind oven times vary!!!Cool.
6-In the meantime, prepare dairy free cream cheese by beating all ingredients together…Top with cream cheese and enjoy…
