INGREDIENTS:
• 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed.
• 3 Tablespoons butter, melted.
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar.
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons cinnamon.
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Lay the puff pastry on a cutting board and brush it with the half of the melted butter.
-In a bowl, combine the sugar and the cinnamon.
-Sprinkle the entire pastry sheet with a good dusting of the cinnamon sugar.
-Cut the dough in half, horizontally, then into 10 strips.
-Twist each strip and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
-Brush the strips with the remaining butter then sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar, there should be just enough leftover from dusting the pastry sheet.
-Bake in a 400°degree oven for 15minutes.
