EASY PEACH PIE
• 12 Ounce package. frozen peaches.
• 1/2 Cup sugar.
• 1/2 Cup water.
• 1 heaping Tablespoon cornstarch.
• 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon.
• 1 refrigerated [unbaked] pie crust.
• 1 Tablespoon butter.
-Place the frozen peaches, sugar, water, cornstarch and cinnamon in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring to combine.
-Cook for 4 to 5minutes until it begins to thicken. Remove from the heat.
-Cut the pie crust in strips and then into small squares.
-Lightly grease an 8 x 8 baking dish and put half of the pie crust squares in the bottom of the dish.
-Pour in the peaches and spread around, topping with the remaining pie crust.
-Dot the top with butter and bake in a 350°degree oven for 35 to 40minutes, until crust is golden brown.
