No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies (Weight Watchers)
NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (WEIGHT WATCHERS)
1⁄2 C. light butter
1⁄2 C. % low-fat milk
2 C. white sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1⁄2 C. reduced fat peanut butter
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
3 C. quick cooking oats
1⁄2 C. pecans, chopped
HOW TO MAKE:
Prep 15 min
Cook 5 min
Ready 20 min
1-Mix together butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
2-Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
3-Stir in oats and pecans. Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop onto wax or parchment paper.
4-Allow cookies to stand for 1 hour or until set
