Yummy Chocolate Chip Muffin
YUMMY CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN
1 ¼ C. white whole-wheat flour
¾ C. powdered sugar
½ Tsp. baking powder
¼ Tsp. salt
½ C. plain yogurt
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 C. chocolate chips
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Heat oven to 350 F.
2-Mix flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3-Add egg, yogurt, and vanilla and mix.
4-It may take some mixing to get to a cookie batter consistency but do not give up! Fold in chocolate chips.
5-Drop small balls of batter onto parchment paper or silicon baking mats .
6-Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Store in an air-tight container for one day.
