Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

SLOW COOKER ORANGE CHIKEN

YOU’LL NEED:

4 Kg. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (approx. 3.5 lbs.).
6 Tbsps. Flour.
2/3 C. Smuckers Sugar Free Orange Marmalade.
2/3 C. Jack Daniel’s BBQ Sauce.
4 Tbsps. Kikkoman Light Soy Sauce.
2 Tbsps. Ginger, fresh grated (or jarred).

HOW TO MAKE:

1-Put chicken and flour into a bag and toss together.
2-Place the chicken in the crockpot.
3-Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs, or on high for 3-4 hrs.
Yields 8 servings.
