PIZZA GRILLED CHEESE

Preparation time : 12 minute –
Cooking time : 15 minutes
2 Slices Aunt Millie’s 35 Calorie Potato Bread (or similar 1point per slice bread)
¼ C. Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella
9 Slices Turkey Pepperoni
1 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce (Cantadina Pizza Sauce is a low point)
1 Tsp. Reduced Fat margarine or butter (if using butter, add the additional point)
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Add margarine to the skillet and allow to melt.
2-Spread tomato sauce onto one side of each piece of bread.
3-Place one piece of bread into melted margarine with sauce side up, and top with shredded cheese, turkey pepperoni, and an additional piece of bread.
4-Toast on medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until browned.
5-Flip and toast additional 1-2 minutes.
6-Serve with a side salad or fresh veggies.
