> 215 ml (3/4 cup + 7 teaspoons) flour
> 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) baking soda
> 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) salt
> 90 ml (1/3 cup + 2 teaspoons) margarine
> 90 ml (1/3 cup + 2 teaspoons) sugar
> 90 ml (1/3 cup + 2 teaspoons) packed brown sugar
> 1 beaten egg
> 90 ml (1/3 cup + 2 teaspoons) peanut butter
> 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of vanilla
1- In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda and salt.
2- Using an electric mixer, whisk margarine with sugar and brown sugar in another bowl.
3- Mixing at low speed, add the egg, peanut butter, and vanilla, then gradually stir in the dry ingredients.
4- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
6- With the preparation, shape 30 dumplings using about 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of dough for each one.
7- Pour a little sugar into a soup plate and roll each dumpling in the sugar.
8- Place the dumplings on an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 3.5 cm (1 1/2 inches) apart. Mash the dumplings with a fork to form cookies.
9- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
