No need to leave the house for this easy and delicious restaurant recipe, Joe’s Crab Shack–Crab Cakes!
YOU’LL NEED:
»2/3 C. mayonnaise.
»5 Egg yolks.
»2 Tsps. lemon juice.
»2 Tbsps. Worcestershire sauce.
»2 Tsps. Dijon mustard.
»2 Tsps. black pepper.
»1/4 Tsp. salt.
»1/4 Tsp. blackening seasoning.
»1/4 Tsp. crushed red pepper flakes.
»1/2 C. crushed, chopped parsley.
»2-1/2 C. breadcrumbs.
»2 lbs. crabmeat.
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Mix all ingredients together.
2-Make into 4 Oz. patties
3-Coat with flour and fry in 1-inch of oil until golden brown.
