EGG ROLL IN A BOWL – 2 SMARTPOINTS

This Easy and quick Egg roll in a Bowl recipe has all the flavors of a traditional egg roll. This Egg Roll in a Bowl Come with Only 2 weight watchers smart Points and also Points plus.

YOU’LL NEED:

All you need for this recipe is two ingredients…

Shredded cabbage
Shredded carrot

HOW TO MAKE:

1-Saute as much of the above ingredients as you want in a non-stick pan with cooking spray until tender but still a bit crunchy, then set aside.
2-Saute 2 ounces of extra lean ground beef, garlic, diced yellow onion and freshly grated ginger.
3-Add meat mixture to vegetables.
4- Pour on as much soy sauce as you want and stir well.
5-Place in bowl and top with freshly sliced green onions
