For cream filling:
cream cheese (softened),
instant vanilla pudding (large box)
1 C. heavy cream
11/2 C. milk.
1 C. water
1 C. butter
2 C. flour
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Mix cream cheese in bowl with electric mixer until smooth, light and creamy.
2-Add pudding mix and milk and mix on low until incorporated and then mix on med until thickened. Enjoy ladies.
3-These are actually my cream puffs shown.
4-Over medium heat melt butter in water.
5-Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
6-Immediately add flour and whip in with a wooden spoon.
7-Add one egg at a time to incorporate well into dough.
8-Drop by cookie scoop onto parchment paper on baking sheet.
9-Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
10-Cool on wire rack then fill with the custard mixture I posted earlier and dust with powdered sugar.
