INGREDIENTS:

•24 Ounces ground breakfast sausage.
•12 Hawaiian dinner rolls.
•8 Large eggs, scrambled.
•1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded.
•8 Slices American cheese.
•1/2 Cup butter, melted.
•1/4 Cup maple syrup.

 INSTRUCTIONS:

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & prepare a baking sheet with non stick spray.
-Press the ground sausage into a large rectangle on the prepared tray, roughly the size of the dinner rolls. Bake until cooked through, 15 to 20mins.
-Meanwhile, using a serrated knife, cut the rolls in half lengthwise without breaking them apart…Place bottom half of the rolls in a 7×10 inch baking dish.Set the tops aside.
-Scoop scrambled eggs onto rolls in dish and top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.Arrange cooked sausage over the top and top with American cheese slices…Place top buns on top.
-Mix together maple syrup and melted butter in a small bowl and brush the mixture over the top of the rolls. Allow sauce to drip down sides and into bottom, use entire amount.
-Bake until cheese is bubbly and melted, about 15 to 20mins.
