5-WAYS TO FLAVOR BUTTER
3-LEMON AND HERB
You’ll Need:
•1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
•3 cloves garlic, crushed
•1 lemon, zested and juiced
•3 tablespoons fresh herbs (basil, dill and cilantro), minced [1 tablespoon of each]
•salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make:
-Allow the butter to come to room temperature before starting.
-Beat the butter until creamy, then add in the minced dill, minced Garlic, minced cilantro, minced basil and Lemon zest. Mix until well combined.
-Scrape down the sides of the bowl and turn the mixture out onto a piece of parchment paper. Using the back of a spatula, spread out the mixture into a log shape. Roll the parchment paper up and twist the ends.
-Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to come together.
