I love the wings. I can put them up for sale often and every time I do I like to stock up. Wings get a bad rap because most people think there are only two ways to make them. Usually people make simple wings or wings with barbecue sauce.
Barbecue chicken wings to share in front of the TV… and why not on a sunny terrace?
° 125 ml (1/2 cup) ketchup
° 60 ml (1/4 cup) brown sugar
° Worcestershire sauce 30 ml (2 tbsp.)
° Garlic powder 5 ml (1 tsp)
° Chicken wings 24
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Onion powder
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of paprika
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp.), Chopped fresh oregano
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon), chopped fresh thyme
Preheated oven to 205 ° C .
In a bowl, mix ketchup with the brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder /onion powder/ paprika &, if wanted, oregano & thyme. Adding chicken wings and stirring . Salt & pepper. If wanted, marinate for 1 to 2 h in fridge.
In a big baking dish, placing chicken wings with marinade.
Baking 30 minutes, turning chicken wings midway through cooking.
Set oven to “broil” position and keep cooking for 2 to 3 min .
