•2 cups warm milk
•1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
•1 cup all-purpose flour
•1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
•4 eggs, separated
•1 tablespoon water
•2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
•powdered sugar, as needed, garnish
