THE BEST BROCCOLI SALAD
8 C. chopped broccoli florets
1 C. raisins
8 Slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
1/2 C. red diced red onion
1/2 C. dry roasted sunflower seeds
1 C. chopped walnuts (or pecans)
1 C. Mayo
1/2 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Combine broccoli, raisins, bacon, onion and sunflower seeds.
2-In a small container, mix mayo, sugar and vinegar.
3-Gently toss dressing into the salad mixture to thoroughly coat.
4-Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour
