Strawberry Moonshine!

STRAWBERRY MOONSHINE

YOU’LL NEED:

4 C. of Sugar
12 C. of Water
4 C. of Fresh Lemon Juice
11/2 Pints of Strawberry Purée
5 C. of 190 proof Everclear

HOW TO MAKE:

1-Place a large pasta pot on low heat and pour in water and sugar.
2-Stir the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
3-Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
3-Wash and pat dry your strawberries.
4-Remove the stems and dice
5-Take your diced berries and place in your blender and puree until smooth
6-Mix strawberry purée and lemon juice to your sugar water.
7-Next add in Everclear and stir well.
8-Strain your liquor mix and making sure to remove all pulp.
9-Pour mix into mason jars and let sit in refrigerator for about 2 weeks (longer the better).
