NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (WEIGHT WATCHERS)

YOU’LL NEED:

1⁄2 C. light butter
1⁄2 C. % low-fat milk
2 C. white sugar
3 Tbsp .unsweetened cocoa powder
1⁄2 C. reduced fat peanut butter
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
1⁄4 Tsp. salt
3 C. quick cooking oats
1⁄2 C. pecans, chopped

HOW TO MAKE:

Prep 15 min
Cook 5 min
Ready 20 min

1-Mix together butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2-Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
3-Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
4-Stir in oats and pecans.
5-Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop onto wax or parchment paper.
6-Allow cookies to stand for 1 hour or until set
