Muffins That Taste Like Doughnuts Recipe

You’ll Need:

»3/4 C.sugar.
»1 Large egg.
»1-1/2 C.all-purpose flour.
»2 Tsps.baking power.
»1/4 Tsp. salt.
»1/4 Tsp.ground nutmeg.
»1/4 C.vegetable oil.
»3/4 C.milk.
»1 Tsp.vanilla extract.
»2 Tbsps.butter, melted.
»1/2 C.sugar, for rolling, »I added in a few shakes of cinnamon. »

How To Make:

1-Preheat oven to 350°F,(175°C).
2-Lightly grease a muffin tin…In a large bowl, beat together sugar and egg until light in colour.
3-In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
