HAM AND PINEAPPLE BAKE

YOU’LL NEED:

1 1/2 C. chopped fully cooked ham
1 Can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
4 Med. edium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 C. Original Bisquick™ mix
1 C. milk
2 Eggs
2 Tsp. yellow mustard
1 C. shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)

HOW TO MAKE:

1-Heat oven to 400°F.
2-Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
3-Sprinkle ham, pineapple and onions in pie plate.
4-In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, eggs and mustard until blended; pour over ham mixture.
5-Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
6-Sprinkle with cheese.
7-Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
8-Any cheese, or a combination of cheeses, can be used in this casserole. Try Swiss, smoked Gouda or Cheddar.
