CROCK POT SMOKE SAUSAGE WITH TATERS AND BEANS

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 large potatoes, washed and sliced 1/2″ thick.
• 1 1/2 Teaspoons my house seasoning [equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper…combine and store in an airtight container].
• 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced.
• 1/2 Cup beef broth.
• 2 Tablespoons butter.

INSTRUCTIONS:

-Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.
-Add the frozen green beans in the bottom and top with the potatoes. Sprinkle with 1 Teaspoon. of the house seasoning. Top with the sausage and pour in the broth. 
-Season with sausage with the remaining house seasoning and place the butter on top. Cover and cook on high for 4 – 5hours or low for 7. 
-Stir to combine before serving.
