CHILI MAC‘N’ CHEESE BAKE
Chili Mac ‘n’ Cheese Bake
8 Oz. uncooked macaroni
1 (15 Oz. ) can HORMEL® Chili with Beans
1 ½ C. CHI-CHI’s® thick & chunky salsa
1 Med. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 C. (8 ounces) shredded marble Jack cheese, divided
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 2 ½-quart baking dish. Cook macaroni
2-according to package directions; drain well. Pour into a large bowl.
3-Toss chili, salsa, green pepper and chili powder with macaroni until well mixed.
4-Stir in 1 ½ cups cheese. Spoon into prepared casserole.
5-Top with remaining 1/2
6-Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
