CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE
•2 Pounds of skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size chunks.
•1/2 cup of milk.
•1 egg beaten with milk.
•8 ounces of cubed swiss cheese.
•8 ounces of diced ham.
•1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup.
•1 cup of milk.
-In two separate bowls, place the breadcrumbs and egg.
-Dip the chicken chunks in the egg and milk mixture then coat with breadcrumbs.
-Cook the chunks in a little oil until golden brown and place them in a baking dish.
-Spread the cheese and ham over the chicken and pour the mixture of soup and 1 cup of milk over the top.
-In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 30-35 mins.
