Quick Chicken Casserole
QUICK CHICKEN CASSEROLE
YOU’LL NEED:
2 C. rice cooked
3 1/2 C. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 (10.75 Oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 Oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 C. butter melted
1 C. milk
1 (16 Oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 Onion, chopped
1 C. bread crumbs
3 C. velveeta shredded
HOW TO MAKE:
1-In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except 1 cup cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well.
2-Place in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
3-Sprinkle remainder of cheese and bread crumbs on top.
4-Bake at 350for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
5-Stir halfway through cooking to help cheese melt evenly.
6-I like to make this with left over chicken.
