OVEN DENVER OMELET RECIPE
8 Eggland’s Best Eggs
1/2 C. half-and-half cream
1 C. (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. finely chopped fully cooked ham
1/4 C. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 C. finely chopped onion
HOW TO MAKE:
1-In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cream.
2-Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper and onion.
3-Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish.
4-Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 6 servings
