BIGGEST LOSER BANANA BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
YOU’LL NEED:
1 Banana, medium, sliced
1 C. skim milk
3/4 C. nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/4 C. pineapple juice
1/2 Tbsp. honey
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Add all ingredients to blender.
2-Process the bananas, milk, yogurt, juice and honey until
smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 Equal Servings
