Peach Roll Up Dessert
PEACH ROLL UP DESSERT
Peach Dumplings – Oh My Gosh, I’ve died and gone to heaven!!! If you’d like you can make these with fresh nectarines, fresh plums (not quite as awesome, but still really good) or even fresh apples.
YOU’LL NEED:
2 Whole large peaches
2 8 Oz. cans crescent rolls
2 Sticks butter
1-1/2 C. sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
Cinnamon, to taste
1 1/2 C. orange juice
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Peel and pit peaches.
2-Cut both peaches into 8 slices.
3-Roll each peach slice in a crescent roll.
4-Place in a 9 x 13 buttered pan.
5-Melt butter, then add sugar and barely stir.
6-Add vanilla, stir, and pour entire mixture over peaches.
7-Pour orange juice around the edges of the pan.
8-Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
9-Serve with ice cream, and spoon some of the sweet sauces from the pan over the top.
