Zero Point Cheesecake

ZERO POINT CHEESECAKE

YOU’LL NEED:

3 Eggs
3 C. fat-free, no added sugar, plain Greek yogurt
1 Small box of fat-free, sugar-free, instant cheesecake pudding flavor
3 Tbsp. of Stevia or Splenda
1 Tbsp. of vanilla or almond extract

HOW TO MAKE:

1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2-Spray a pie dish or 9-inch springform pan with a non-fat cooking spray
3-In a large bowl, mix eggs, Stevia, and vanilla extract beat well
4-Add dry pudding mix and yogurt, mix well
5-Pour into dish and bake for 30 minutes
6-Allow to cool completely, then place in refrigerator
7-Chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight
