ZERO POINT BANANA PANCAKES
ZERO POINT BANANA PANCAKES
Light and fluffy, these pancakes are great on their own. However, sliced bananas, blueberries, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts also pair well with the pancake. Apple are thinly sliced and lightly sprinkled with stevia mixed with cinnamon!
These pancakes are bananas. No, I mean they are literally made from bananas. & eggs. Eggs and bananas, and that’s it. I can see that look you’re giving me right now, but you just have to trust. These two ingredients, whisked together and given a little skillet loove, are truly something magical.
Don’t believe mee? Take a look at our step-by-step recipe and decide for yourself. Meanwhile, I’ll be over here with the rest of these pancakes, licking my plate clean.
YOU’LL NEED:
2 Bananas
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE:
Put all-ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Use a 1/8 C. for measuring batter on a griddle prepared with cooking spray. Cook pancakes 2-3 mins on one side and flip – then cook for another 1-2 mins.
In a small bowl mix together stevia,[I use Truvia],and cinnamon–you can also use the brown sugar blends.
I made some for my husband with dark chocolate chips and a dollop of whipped cream! He loved them!

Is there a secret to cooking these? I tried making them And they just fell apart when I tried to flip them
I would like to make these but I find the recipe confusing. In the preamble, it talks about apples but there aren’t any in the recipe. Also, one step in the recipe says to mix the cinnamon with Stevia or Truvia, but what do you do with it? It is sprinkled on the pancakes?? These sound yummy, but please clarify. Thank you!
Mine came out very runny
From the pic, it honestly looks like this person added flour to these pancakes. I’ve tried the banana and egg pancake recipe MANY times and it didn’t work. They did not look as fluffly as these did. I call it fake.
