Slow Cooker Pork Chops

SLOW COOKER PORK CHOPS

Let these tender pork chops simmer in a tangy sauce in your slow cooker for a few hours when you’re feeling lazy but want a delicious meal. Serve with rice.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 75 minutes
SERVINGS: 6 servings

YOU’LL NEED:

7 To 8 bone in or boneless pork chops (frozen)

SAUCE:

1/2 C. ketchup
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/3 C. soya sauce
1 1/2 Tsp. minced garlic
4 Garlic cloves crushed
1/3 C. honey

HOW TO MAKE:

1-Sprinkle Pork chops with Montreal Chicken Spice or any rub/ spice mix of your choice. Place in slow cooker.
2-Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over pork chops.
3-Cook on high for 3 hours. Turn down to low for 1 hour.
4-About 15 minutes before serving remove pork chops.
5-Mix 2 tbsp corn starch with 1/2 cup cold water and add to sauce to thicken.
6-Return chops to sauce and serve.
