PERFECT PULLED PORK

INGREDIENTS:
âą 1 5 pound boneless pork butt [shoulder.]
âą 1 1â2 teaspoons smoked paprika.
âą 2 teaspoons black pepper.
âą 1 teaspoon cayenne.
âą 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
âą 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
âą 1â2 teaspoon salt.
âą 1 cup water.
âą 16 -20 soft sandwich buns.
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl and rub evenly over roast. Place meat in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add water.Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8hours or HIGH for 4 to 5hours or until pork is very tender.
Remove pork to a large cutting board or platter and let rest for 10 to 15minutes.Pull, slice or chop to serve. Serve in buns with barbecue sauce
