PARMESAN BAKED PORK CHOPS – 5 SMARTPOINT!
These were the best pork chops I have eaten in a long time. So moist and tender and the flavors were amazing!
Parmesan Baked Pork Chops recipe is so yummy and my family wanted more! Next time I definitely need to double the recipe and make more for my hungry crew of boys. My oldest son who is seventeen seems to always be hungry and I can never make enough for him. Gotta love having teenagers who eat everything in sight! The simple preparation and seasoned coating give all of the flavor and texture without the mess of conventional frying. It’s a winning combination.
This pork chop recipe is so easy to prepare and make. It only took me five minutes to coat the pork chops and then I was able to just put them in the oven. I then cleaned up from preparing them and got started on making the side dishes which were garlic beans and copycat rice-a-roni recipe. Serves: 4
YOU’LL NEED:
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 t Italian Seasoning
4 6 oz. Center Cut Loin Chops
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 C. shredded Parmesan Cheese
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
2-In a bowl, mix mustard, oil and Italian Seasoning.
3-Salt and pepper the chops to your liking.
4-Brush both sides of the pork chops with the mustard, oil and seasoning mix.
5-Sprinke both sides of the chops with parmesan.
6-Place chops on the baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes.
