MINI DEATH BY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKES
1 C. oreo cookie crumbs
2 T. melted butter
12 Oz. soft cream cheese
½ C. sugar
2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ C. sour cream
½ Tsp. vanilla
4 Oz. melted dark chocolate
3 Oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
¼ C. heavy cream
¾ C. heavy cream
3 T. powdered sugar
3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
½ Tsp. vanilla extract
Hershey bars for garnish
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Preheat oven to 325°F
2-Line pan with cupcake lines.
3-Mix cookie crumbs and butter and press into 12 cupcake cups.
4-Bake 5 mins.
5-Lower oven to 300.
6-Beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa on low.
7-Add sour cream and vanilla.
8-Add eggs one at a time.
9-Add the melted chocolate.
10-Bake 15 mins then shut oven heat off and leave them in the oven for 10 mins.
11-Then, Crack the door open and leave them in for an additional 20 mins. Chill in fridge.
12-In a saucepan over medium-low heat chips and cream.
13-Whisk smooth and add some to each cheesecake on the top.
14-Beat cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla to stiff peaks.
15-Pipe on top and add a hershey bar rectangle.
