FRIED RICE RECIPE
4 C. rice
1/2 lb chicken, boneless, cooked
1 C. peas and carrots, frozen
1 Small white onions
2 Clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 C soy sauce
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
2-Fry chicken in small pan until no longer pink, sit aside.
3-Heat sesame oil in 10 inch skillet on medium heat.
4-Add vegetables, stir fry until tender.
5-Crack eggs into skillet, scramble.
6-Add rice, chicken (already cooked) and soy sauce.
7-Mix soy sauce and remove from heat.
