• 8 Pieces of chicken fillets,
The marinade:
• 1 Teaspoon mustard,
• 1/2 Teaspoon ginger powder,
• 1/2 Teaspoon  garlic powder,
• 1 Teaspoon of barbecued sauce,
• 1/4 Teaspoon of hot sauce,
• 1 Teaspoon of chicken spices,
• 1/2 Teaspoon coriander powder,
• 50 g grated red cheese,
• Salt, pepper.
• 2 Cup flour,
• 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder,
• 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder,
• 1/4 Teaspoon coriander powder,
• 2 eggs.


1- Mix the ingredients of the marinade in a salad bowl and add the chick pieces, and leave at the fridge for at least 4 hours. 
2- *Prepare the breadcrumbs in a plate mixing all the ingredients.
*Beat the eggs in a 2nd plate.
*Take each piece of chicken fillet and dip it in the eggs and then the breadcrumbs.
3- Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken fillets, once the chicken fillets are golden brown remove the from the oil by placing them in a dish, on a few sheets of absorbent paper to remove the excess oil, and serve.
