CINNA-BUN CAKE IN THE OVEN
3 C. flour
1/4 Tsp. salt
1 C. sugar
4 Tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 C. milk
2 Tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. butter, melted
1 C. butter, softened
1 C. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 C. powdered sugar
5 Tbsp. milk
1 Tsp. vanilla
HOW TO MAKE:
1-Preheat oven to 350F.
2-Prepare a 9 x 13 baking pan (buttered).
3-Mix all of the base ingredients together, with the exception of the butter.
4-Add the melted butter last, and then pour into your prepared pan,
5-Mix all of the topping ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix well.
6-Drop by teaspoonful over the base, as evenly as you can over the entire base.
7-Take a butter knife and swirl the topping into the base.
8-Pop into the oven and bake for 28-30 minutes.
9-While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze and set aside.
10-Remove from oven and glaze the cake while still warm.
