CHEWY COCONUT COOKIES

YOU’LL NEED:

1 1⁄4 C. flour
1⁄2 Tsp. baking soda
1⁄4 Tsp.salt
1⁄2 C.butter
1⁄2 C. brown sugar
1⁄2 C. white sugar
1 egg
1⁄2 Tsp. vanilla
1 1⁄3 C.coconut

HOW TO MAKE:

1-Preheat oven to 350.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and set aside.
In a separate bowl cream butter and sugars together.
Add the egg and mix well.
2-Combine the flour mixture with the sugar mixture.
3-Add coconut and vanilla.
4-Bake for 8-10,
5-Times may vary due to different ovens
