SAUSAGE MUFFINS (12 MUFFINS)

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and drained.
• 5 large eggs.
• 1 Cup bisquick.
• 4 ounce diced green chilies, drained.
• 1/4 Cup diced pepperoni.
• 3/4 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
• 3/4 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, add the sausage and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine well. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray and fill each cup with the muffin mixture. Bake in a 375°degree oven for 20 to 25minutes. Remove the muffins by using a butter knife to loosen the edges from the pan.
