MAMA’S CORNBREAD CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/2 Cup self rising flour.
• 1 Cup sugar.
• 1 Cup packed brown sugar.
• 1 Cup vegetable oil.
• 4 large eggs.
• 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract.
• 1 Cup finely chopped pecans.
INSTRUCTIONS:
– In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon till combined well.
– Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking dish and pour the batter in, spreading out to an even layer.
– Bake in a 350° degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
– Allow to cool before slicing.
